The Technical Assistance is done by the shops. You must do the following:
Go to the store where you purchased your product with the receipt. Tell to your problem to the shop employee.
The shop will forward your request to Itatiaia. Whenever necessary, a visit will be scheduled to better identify the problem.
Itatiaia sends the requested pieces to the shop, in order to have the damaged part replaced.
