Go to the store where you purchased the product and take the proof of sale along with the warranty term.
Report the problem to the store representative. The store will contact Itatiaia and inform you of the status of the warranty coverage.
If necessary, the store will schedule a visit to your home to analyze the problem. Wait until the store contacts you with the analysis of the problem and warranty coverage.
If the problem is still under warranty coverage, Itatiaia will send the parts to the store, so that the product can be fixed.
